TRAINING PROGRAMS: TOTAL BODY CLASSES
Listed below are the three types of classes that we offer. When signing up for either the ELITE, PRO, or YOUTH classes each athlete will be pre and post tested in the following categories: Height, Weight, 40 yd, Vertical, 20 yd shuttle, L-Drill, Bench, Squat, Sit-ups. Each class includes direct supervision and instruction with one of our own strength coaches, with no more than 16 athletes to 1 strength coach. This allows for complete coaching and teaching for each individual athlete. We also recommend that you allow at least one recovery day in between training days. Each athlete will receive a folder that has pre test results as well as off day routines that they can perform at home. Commitment is essential to achieve optimal results.
ELITE
Our ELITE package is designed for the athlete that is 15 years old and up. This is our most intense class that we offer. Athletes that experience our ELITE package will focus on flexibility, dynamic movements, speed, agility, running mechanics, core lifts, and plyometrics. We will focus on training the entire body during each session. This class is designed for the serious athlete. We recommend that each athlete attend three sessions per week for optimal results.

PRO
Our PRO classes are designed for the athlete that is between the ages of 11-14 years old. Each athlete will get the same training as the ELITE class but will not perform Olympic lifts. Athletes that experience our PRO class will focus on flexibility, dynamic movements, speed, agility, running mechanics, introductory lifts, and plyometrics. We will focus on training the entire body during each session. This class is designed for the middle school athlete that wants to get a head start before high school. We recommend that each athlete attend three sessions a week for optimal results.

YOUTH
Our YOUTH class is designed for the athlete that is between the ages of 7-11 years old that last 1 hour. Each athlete will learn basic locomotors, lifting techniques without weights, running technique, plyometrics, flexibility and dynamic movements. This is the perfect class for the young athlete who wants to learn introductory training techniques. We will focus on training the entire body during each session. We recommend that each athlete attend two or three sessions a week for optimal results.

Our speed classes are done in a 90-minute span and are supervised by one of our EDGE Performance Coaches. . Each class includes direct supervision and instruction with our staff, with no more than 16 athletes to 1 coach. This insures each athlete to get direct attention. The speed classes are designed to improve foot speed, lateral speed, linear speed and total body control. Our speed classes do not involve any weightlifting. We will focus on the athletes? core and flexibility to increase speed. We will work running mechanics, 40-yard start, core, dynamic movements, agility drills, medicine ball routines and flexibility. All of these are the main focus areas to increase speed. Speed classes are designed for the intense athlete. All ages are welcome.

We offer Team training sessions to all sports and levels. Each Team session will last 90 minutes and will be tailored to fit the coaches goal. These session can include: strength training, dynamic movements, pre and post flexibility routine, plyometrics, medicine ball work, use of all specialty equipment (Vertimax, Russian jump box, Powerskater, Slide Boards, etc..). Edge staff will design monitor and implement training sessions. Coaches are encouraged to be present but are not required. Coach is responsible to pre book training one month in advance.
